We try to keep our permanent team lean to keep overheads down and thus the cost to clients for our services and projects low. Our permanent staff originally come from technical Lotus and Microsoft backgrounds, and have gained their experience in IT working for themselves and for other companies.

Marionelle Perold
	Marionelle is the founding member of optim8 Business and IT Services. She has been working in the IT industry since 1997, developing, consulting and architecting solutions in Lotus Domino, Document Management, Content Management and Records Management and Archival.  Currently she is a functional consultant and business analyst, helping customers designing IT solutions according to their requirements, choosing the best fit technology for their needs.   Her skills also include Business Analysis, UML, IBM Lotus Domino, IBM Lotus Domino Document Manager, IBM Lotus Domino Workflow, IBM Content Manager, Microsoft SharePoint, XML, HTML, Java, Visual Basic, SQL and IT Factory.
Claire King
	Claire has been working in IT since 1999. Her technical background is predominantly in Microsoft technologies (C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server, ASP, VB, scripting, etc.) but she has also worked with various other technologies too, such as Delphi and Cool:Gen. Claire manages the Microsoft .Net competency in optim8 and performs functional consulting, analysis and design services for optim8’s clients.
